Bullcreek Leeming Scout Group’s AGM will be on Thursday 6 May 2010 at 6.15pm.  All families are required to be in attendance.

The main item of business is to appoint the Group Committee.  The Group Committee’s role is to support the Leaders and the Youth program.  The Committee meets once a term for about an hour.

The AGM will run during our regular cub meeting night.  Leaders not involved in the meeting will run games.  Parents are welcome to bring their children and they will be supervised during the meeting.

Nominations are called for membership of the Group Committee. All positions are open.
